Red Blood Cell Lysis for Flow Cytometry:

  • 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (10X)                                               : For the lysis of red blood cells after staining peripheral blood cells with fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies. This solution has been specially formulated to lyse non-nucleated erythrocytes while maintaining a fixed and labeled leukocyte population.
  • 10X Red Blood Cell (RBC) Lysis Buffer (Multi-species)   : For optimal lysis of erythrocytes in single-cell suspensions of peripheral blood and hematopoietic tissues such as spleen. This buffer can be used for lysis of human, mouse, rat, canine, and non-human primate samples.
  • 1X Red Blood Cell (RBC) Lysis Buffer                                   : For optimal lysis of erythrocytes in single-cell suspensions of mouse hematopoietic tissues such as spleen and human peripheral blood. This buffer contains ammonium chloride, which lyses red cells with minimal effect on lymphocytes

Protein transport inhibitors

Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail (500X) : A cocktail of Brefeldin A and Monensin. It is suitable for use in assays in which prevention of protein transport to the extracellular space is desired.

Brefeldin A Solution (1000X) : Brefeldin A is an inhibitor of intracellular protein transport. Incubation of cells in culture with Brefeldin A leads to blockade of protein transport to the Golgi complex (GC) and accumulation of proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER).

Monensin Solution (1000X) :  Monensin is an inhibitor of intracellular protein transport. Incubation of cells in culture with Monensin leads to blockade of protein transport to the Golgi complex (GC) and accumulation of proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Addition of Monensin during the last hours of in vitro activation of cells results in enhanced detection of intracellular cytokines.

Performance Control : Compensation Beads and Isotype Controls for Flow Cytometry

Compensation Beads : UltraComp and OneComp eBeads® ensure accurate compensation with a guaranteed negative and positive bead population.

OneComp eBeads : OneComp eBeads react with antibodies of mouse, rat and hamster origin, and are immunoglobulin light chain-independent. The beads are spherical particles that can be stained with individual fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies for use as single-color compensation controls.

UltraComp eBeads : UltraComp eBeads® react with antibodies of mouse, rat, and hamster origin, and are immunoglobulin light chain-independent. They are designed for use in compensation with all fluorochromes excited by ultraviolet (355 nm) violet (405 nm), blue (488 nm), green (532 nm), yellow-green (561 nm), and red (633-640 nm) lasers. The beads are spherical particles that can be stained with individual fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies for use as single-color compensation controls.
